Project Overview

Foco Fresh is a farm‑to‑table subscription box concept showcasing produce from Forsyth County, GA. The brief was simple: “create a new product for your hometown and use lots of green.” I defined the brand, designed the logo system, and produced packaging and marketing mockups that feel local, honest, and usable across touchpoints.

Research

I scanned local farmer’s market visuals, county produce co‑ops, and DTC grocery brands. Patterns emerged: earthy palettes, hand‑drawn motifs, and overused farm clichés. The goal became recognizable without kitsch—a mark that reads at shelf distance and scales to box tape, labels, and web.

Logo Exploration

When concepts stalled, I reduced the idea to three parts: a farm, a table, and a basket of food. That constraint led to a clean, modular icon with a flexible lockup.

Design

Color palette (Cream #EFE4CA, Green #8C9A75) and typography

Brand colors favor Cream #EFE4CA and Green #8C9A75 for a warm, produce‑first look. Typography stays readable and friendly. Assets scale from stickers to shippers without redrawing.

Takeaway

This project reinforced the value of constraints and a tight system. Keeping the mark, colors, and components consistent made packaging, marketing, and web feel like one brand— and sped up production.
